What is Crowns & Bridges at Hedgewood Dental?
A crown is a custom cap that covers a damaged tooth, restoring strength, shape, and appearance. A bridge uses crowns on the teeth on either side of a gap to anchor a replacement tooth in the middle. Both are made from durable, tooth-colored materials.
What to expect
Most crown and bridge cases take two visits — one to prepare the teeth and take impressions, and a second to cement the final restoration. We use temporaries in between.
